In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the digital marketing space. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients in need of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and digital advertising. Actively pursue new leads and opportunities within target industries. Consultative Sales Approach: Understand the unique needs and goals of each client, and tailor digital marketing solutions to address those needs. Educate clients on agency offerings, creating value-driven proposals that align with their business objectives. Sales Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress, follow up with leads, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with strategy, creative, and execution teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to project implementation. Collaborate on campaign development, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor services, and client market needs to refine sales strategies and ensure the agencys offerings remain competitive. Proposal Development and Presentation: Lead the creation and presentation of customized proposals, pitches, and presentations, demonstrating a clear understanding of the clients business and the agencys solutions. Revenue Growth and Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the agencys overall revenue goals and growth objectives.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Experience in business development, sales, or account management within a digital marketing agency or a similar environment. Proven track record of successfully selling digital marketing solutions and achieving revenue targets. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and trends (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.). Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience with sales reporting and pipeline management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Additional Assets: Existing network or client portfolio in relevant industries (e.g., eCommerce, tech, healthcare). Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.Key Competencies: Results-Oriented: Highly driven by meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to business growth.
