Job Description

    You will be a Co-founder specializing in Branding, Marketing, and Project Management at NPPD CARE in Bhubaneswar. Your primary focus areas will include crafting the brand identity, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing project execution to establish a robust wellness ecosystem.As a crucial founding team member, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a strong brand identity for NPPD CARE and its wellness products. This will involve creating compelling brand narratives, strategic messaging, and unique positioning strategies to differentiate the brand in the market.Your responsibilities will also include creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns with a zero-cost approach. You will utilize various marketing channels such as digital, offline, and community-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, you will optimize SEO, content, social media, and collaborate with influencers to drive engagement.In terms of project and operations management, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of marketing and branding projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and align with company objectives. You will lead a team of designers, digital marketers, and content creators to implement marketing strategies effectively. Collaboration with product, sales, and tech teams will be essential to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.Identifying and securing partnerships with corporates, universities, and wellness institutions will be a key aspect of your role. You will develop marketing funnels for both B2B and B2C segments to generate leads consistently. Establishing brand credibility through cross-collaborations and networking will also be part of your strategic initiatives.You will further be involved in planning and executing offline branding campaigns, events, and wellness workshops. Building NPPD CAREs presence in startup and healthcare communities, organizing corporate wellness programs, and college outreach initiatives will be essential for community engagement.The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or project management. Proven expertise in B2B and B2C marketing, lead generation, and digital branding is required. Strong strategic thinking and execution skills for zero-cost growth marketing initiatives are essential. Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and project execution will be beneficial.Preferred qualifications include prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or startup environments, an existing network with corporate HRs, university administrators, or local business leaders, and an entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.This is an equity-based role initially, with a full-time salary structure post-funding. You will have the opportunity to lead and scale the company from the ground up, directly contributing to the creation of a sustainable wellness ecosystem.
