Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offer rollout.
    • Coordinate onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs for new employees.
    • Maintain employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
    HR Operations & Compliance:
    • Maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
    • Process payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and deductions.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws).
    • Liaise with labor contractors and maintain contract labor documentation as per compliance norms.
    • Support in internal and external audits (HR & Compliance related).
    Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievance redressal.
    • Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities, welfare schemes, and training programs.
    • Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.
    Performance & Training Support:
    • Assist in performance appraisal coordination and documentation.
    • Maintain training calendars, attendance, and feedback records.
    • Coordinate with external trainers or agencies as required.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2 to 6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
    • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factories Act, etc.).
    • Experience handling HR operations, payroll support, and HRMS tools.
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software (SAP / Zoho etc.).
