Job Description

    As a member of the iServeU team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base within the assigned category of merchant customers. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.You will serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned merchant customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions that drive mutual success. Your ability to create compelling pitch decks, product documents, RFP responses, and other materials to effectively communicate our value proposition will be essential in this role. Additionally, you will prepare technical and commercial proposals that align with customer requirements and company capabilities.Collaboration with internal product and engineering teams will be a key aspect of your role, influencing and shaping the companys product strategy and roadmap. By identifying market trends and customer insights, you will drive innovation and product enhancements. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations will be crucial, acting as the customers champion internally and advocating for their needs.Your focus on driving revenue growth by maximizing product adoption and usage among assigned merchant customers will be vital. Monitoring and reporting on key metrics related to customer engagement, revenue growth, and product adoption will help ensure success in this area. You will own the ultimate success of iServeU customers, including customer onboarding, deployment, retention, and renewal, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from their investments.Identifying and developing new opportunities for expansion across the customers business, collaborating with the sales team, and managing each customers business needs and environments will be part of your responsibilities. Proactively seeking opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and generate referrals will be key in driving revenue growth. You will also be responsible for executing customer renewals and acting as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions within the company.Requirements for this role include being fanatical about customer success, tenacious at driving long-term customer value, and a self-starter with a proven track record of driving customer success at all levels. You should excel at handling stressful situations and deadline pressures, be highly data-driven with a commitment to progress, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A team player with the highest level of integrity is essential, along with the ability to understand customer requirements and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen penetration of the iServeU solution within customer environments. A minimum of 3 to 6 years of Customer Relation Management, Sales account management, or related experience is required for this role.,
