Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities: Only male candidates can apply (100%). Must be able to learn and understand products of the company and its functionalities. Being the direct person to interact with the customer, communicate effectively with them to understand their issues and deliver prompt, effective, timely and quality service. Must be able to do field service and sales of company products in and around respected area. Work closely with the service managers to address specific customer issues, understand it and deliver appropriate service. Proven experience in past as a service engineer or field service engineer, well versed in handling and servicing products that closely matches with companys products. Educate and explain the customers on companys products and attract new business. Update oneself regularly on companys current products and its functions. Possess through knowledge (both theoretical and practical) in products core functionalities. Ensure to be available on timely basis in customer places based on calls assigned to deliver prompt service.Skills Set: Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (Hindi). Must be fluent in English communication.
