Job Description

    Eon Infotech Limited is a leading provider of Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and support of VTS and electronic devices for our customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and other regions as required.Role/Responsibilities - Installation: Install and configure Vehicle Tracking Systems (VTS) and electronic devices in various customer vehicles. Repair: Diagnose and repair issues with VTS and electronic devices, ensuring their proper functionality. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Support and Training: Provide technical support to customers and conduct training sessions to ensure they can use our products effectively. Resident Engineer: Serve as a resident engineer in Bangalore, with the possibility of traveling to other regions, including Goa, Kerala, and Chennai, as required by the company.Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid drivers license is a must. Possession of an Android mobile phone is required for communication and reporting. Willingness to travel across all customers in Bangalore, Mangalore, and occasionally to other places as needed.Qualifications: Technical diploma or ITI in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a similar field service or technical support role is a plus.
