    Figma Designer (Part-time/Full-time)Company: The Unique CultureLocation: Bhubaneswar OdishaContact: 91 hidden_mobile Email: hidden_emailKey Responsibilities: Design and Prototype: Create and iterate on wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. User-Centric Design: Ensure designs are user-centered, aligning with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Style Guides and Design Systems: Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. Feedback Integration: Implement feedback from usability testing and other sources to refine designs. Design Handoff: Prepare and deliver design assets, specifications, and guidelines to developers for implementation. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process.Qualifications : Experience: 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in Figma. Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Figma and other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions. Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges. Collaboration: Strong team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently when needed.
