    Job description:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated financial manager to join our team.As a financial manager, you will play a vital role in reviewing the economic health and overseeing the success of our organization. You will manage all financial activities, analyze financial data, and provide strategic guidance to the executive team. Who can:1. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.2. Prepare financial reports and forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.3. Monitor and manage the companys budget, expenses and cash flow, ensuring that the financial targets are achieved.4. Conduct financial analysis and research to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement.5. Manage financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.6. Oversee the accounting department and ensure that the financial records are accurate.7. Manage relationships with banks, investors and other financial institutions to ensure that the company has access to the necessary capital to fund its operations.8. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments, including sales, marketing and operations and help achieve their objectives.9.
