Job Description

    Position Title: Graphic DesignerLocation: BhubaneswarPosition Overview:We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging designs that communicate our brand message across various media platforms.Key Responsibilities: Develop creative and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, email campaigns, presentations, and more. Work closely with our team to understand project objectives and create designs that align with business goals and brand guidelines. Produce high-quality, on-brand design concepts and layouts from concept to final output. Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve your design skills. Ensure all designs are consistent with the companys visual identity, brand guidelines, and tone of voice. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., product, marketing, and development) to create seamless and impactful customer experiences.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.). Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take direction and also contribute ideas to design discussions. Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.Preferred Skills: Experience with UI/UX design principles and practices. Familiarity with web design and mobile-responsive design.
