Job Description

    As a Senior Executive in the human resources department, your role involves overseeing the organizations HR strategy, policies, and practices to ensure alignment with business objectives and enhance the employee experience.Key Responsibilities:- **Strategic Leadership**:- Align HR with the business strategy- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with company goals- Ensure HR functions add value to the organization- **Operational Management**:- Supervise all HR aspects including recruitment, compensation, training, compliance, and employee relations- Manage health and safety initiatives effectively- **Talent Development**:- Develop strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent- Implement programs for employee development- **Change Management**:- Lead organizational change initiatives related to HR practices- Drive process improvements within the HR function- **Stakeholder Engagement**:- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Engage with employees, managers, board members, and external parties- **Compliance**:- Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations- Stay updated on legal requirements- **Employee Relations**:- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters promptly- Foster a positive work environment- **HR Budget Management**:- Manage and oversee the HR budget effectively- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:- Analyze HR data and provide reports to senior management- Present insights to drive decision-making- **Leadership and Communication**:- Provide guidance to the HR team- Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to employeesQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a Business-related subject- Minimum 10 years experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a management role- Fluent in spoken and written English- Ability to develop a people strategy- Commercial acumen and experience using metrics for performance- Pro-active attitude with a focus on integrity- Superior interpersonal skills and a positive approach- Agile work ethic with a curious mindset for innovative solutions- Experience in managing skilled teams and making rational decisions- In-depth knowledge of Employment Law,
