    Location: BhubaneshwarExperience: 4 YearsIndustry preference:Financial Services.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across various departments.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining confidentiality.
    • Analyze turnover rates and identify trends to develop retention strategies.
    • Assess training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to identify potential fraud risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
    • Investigate reported fraud cases in collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards
    • Prepare and present reports on HR metrics, including hiring progress and employee satisfaction
    Knowledge & Essential Skills:
