Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Executive in the hotel, your main responsibility will be to identify, develop, and maintain business from corporate, group, travel agency, and event segments. You will conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients. Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing accounts to generate repeat business will also be crucial. Your role will involve preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiating terms to close sales. Furthermore, coordination with operations and front office will be necessary to ensure client satisfaction and the smooth execution of bookings. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating client databases, sales reports, and market analysis. Attending trade shows and promotional activities will also be part of your role to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and maintain business from corporate, group, travel agency, and event segments.- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to generate repeat business.- Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate terms to close sales.- Coordinate with operations and front office to ensure client satisfaction and smooth execution of bookings.- Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and market analysis.- Attend trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities to represent the hotel.- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.Qualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.- Experience: 2 to 5 years- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.(Note: This job is full-time with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, internet reimbursement, and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.),
