    Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support HR team with employee records management, ensuring all employee documentation is complete and up to date. Help prepare and distribute internal communications, policies, and other HR-related documents. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and company events.
