Job Description

    The ideal candidate will provide support for the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and collaborate with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organizations human resources through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of human resources policies, programs, and practices.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Bachelors degree or relevant experience- 5 years of experience in Human Resources- Strong recruiting skills and a proven ability to enhance talent acquisition strategies- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills- Attention to detail and good judgementThis role requires a candidate who possesses a Bachelors degree or relevant experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. The ideal candidate should have strong recruiting skills and be able to demonstrate their ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, they should have proven expertise in training managers and employees, as well as strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills. Attention to detail and good judgement are also important qualities for this position.,
