Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Implementation: Lead or support full-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors modules, specifically Performance & Goals (PMGM) and Career Development Planning (CDP).Requirements Gathering & Solution Design Engage with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations and workflows.System Configuration Configure and maintain SuccessFactors SPCDP modules, including performance templates, goal plans, development goals, and competency frameworks.Integration & Alignment Ensure seamless integration between performance management and career development processes to support talent growth and succession planning.Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with HR teams, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure alignment of system capabilities with business strategies.Testing & Training Develop test cases, conduct UAT, and provide training and support to end-users during and & Insights : Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance trends and development progress.Continuous Improvement Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors releases and suggest enhancements or new features to optimize talent Skills & Experience : Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in SPCDP (Succession Planning CDP). Strong configuration knowledge of PMGM and CDP modules. Solid understanding of talent management processes and HR best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.(ref:hirist.tech),
