Job Description

As an experienced System Administrator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Windows/Linux system administration, configuration, patching, operations, and day-to-day management, your role will involve:- Hands-on experience and high expertise in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, patching, operating, and managing the components offered for IRSOC.- Basic understanding of SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management Solution.- Providing day-to-day support to users in respective Zones/PUs/CTIs for any issues related to solutions provided for IRSOC.- Monitoring Zone/PUs/CTIs specific alerts/incidents and escalating them to the concerned authority in IR.- Coordinating with various stakeholders in IR for effective operations of IRSOC.- Collaborating with the Central SOC Team for any incidents/guidance.- Performing periodic updates/upgrades of devices/solutions (Log Collector, EDR, Vulnerability Scanner, Patch Management, etc.) provided under IRSOC at their respective Zones/Units.- Assisting users in the installation and configuration of Next Gen AVEDR on their systems and ensuring that patches are applied at identified devices under the scope of IRSOC.Qualifications required for this role include:- A qualified degree in Engineering, or equivalent in Computer Science/Electronics/Telecommunication (EC & T)/IT with a minimum of 2 years of experience.- OR- BCA/B.Sc.-IT/B.Sc. (Computers) with a minimum of 4 years of experience.,
