Job Description

    Dear Candidates,Greetings from Odisha Job Consultancy!We are hiring Legal officer Real-estate for Bhubaneswar locationKey responsibilities of Legal Officer Real-estateDrafting of real estate documentation and liaising with relevant departmentsNegotiating real estate contract terms and conditions for outright purchase, long term leasesReviewing and preparing leases and amendments and identifying any legal risks in the real estate documentationsDrafting memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements etc and other deeds in relation to property.Actively participate and lead the discussions for the legal aspects of a Companys lease / real estate purchases.Responsible for coordinating real estate legal matters .in conjunction with external law firms and senior advocates.Assist and advice on regulatory and compliance-related legal real estate requirements.Maintaining a MIS and a repository of the various lease documents.Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide legal opinions and advisory on issues related to real estate matters .Anticipating potential real estate legal issues and developing strategies to mitigate them.Understanding real estate legal requirements and advising them accordinglyRepresenting Company in court and drafting legal pleadings for real estate mattersSkills and CompetenciesBachelors degree in Law or a related fieldUnderstanding of the state and local laws pan IndiaHandled real estate litigationProven work experience as a Real Estate Lawyer, Legal Advisor , or a similar position in the Legal industryComplete knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the real estate industryFamiliarity with real estate concepts such as litigation, property management, and sales transactionsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsContact- Chinmoy- hidden_mobileInterview Venue- 1st Floor, MRF Tyre Building, Baramunda Bus Stand, Bhubaneswar,
