Job Description

    Strategic development of the Food services section ofCompany Decide on the most appropriate vendor for each assortment Negotiate with the potential vendors for the best deal Decide on the terms of trade with the potential vendors Decide on selling space availability inside the store Maintain the pre determined level of profit Identify opportunity to enhance cos brand position and increase floor space Facilitate and guide the employees reporting to the position Co-operate and co-ordinate with other merchandising teams to come up with the best merchandising strategy INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESSESDevise an effective branding strategy Ensure the right assortment of food services in place Ensure proper product mix in the food services category Ensure efficient drafting of agreementsResponsible for in-course correction and implementation at vendor levelResponsible for achieving the objective of top line and bottom line Responsible for achieving the predetermined margins for subcategories and products within thesubcategoryCo-ordinate with projects and operations team for onsite issue handling Responsible for monthly performance evaluation of Category Sub category Stores
