You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute campaigns, analyze market trends, and engage with clients across various channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, innovative thinker with a passion for event marketing and a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote events, services, and brand awareness across various channels (digital, print, social media, email). Event Promotion: Create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital advertisements, to support event marketing efforts. Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to help refine marketing strategies. Brand Positioning: Ensure the companys brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels and materials. Client Engagement: Assist in client communication through email newsletters, post-event feedback surveys, and other relevant touchpoints to strengthen client relationships. Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements. Collaboration: Work closely with the event planning team to align marketing strategies with event objectives and client goals.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and email marketing strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and attention to detail with a passion for storytelling and branding.
