The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients, representing the company with professionalism, and ensuring successful event execution with a 100% success rate.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Growth & Client AcquisitionIdentifying potential clients and new business opportunities.Developing and implementing sales strategies to generate leads.Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.Networking and building relationships with corporates, brands, and agencies.Pitching event services and solutions to prospective clients.2. Sales & Revenue GenerationCreating sales proposals, presentations, and customized event solutions for clients.Negotiating contracts, pricing, and event deliverables.Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.Tracking sales performance and preparing business reports.3. Client Relationship ManagementMaintaining strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.Understanding client needs and ensuring seamless event execution.Handling client feedback and resolving concerns effectively.4. Strategic Partnerships & CollaborationPartnering with sponsors, vendors, and industry influencers to enhance business growth.Exploring collaborations with media, hospitality, and tourism sectors for event opportunities.Attending industry conferences, expos, and networking events.5. Marketing & Brand PositioningWorking with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing strategies.Enhancing the companys brand visibility through PR, social media, and industry participation.Creating case studies and testimonials to showcase successful events.6.
