Job Description

    KIDS Hospital is a leading multi-specialty hospital in Bhubaneswar, focused on providing compassionate and quality care, especially in diabetes and related complications. We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Ward Nurses & ICU Nurses to join our growing healthcare team.As a Ward Nurse (ANM/GNM) at KIDS Hospital, you will be responsible for providing bedside care and monitoring patient conditions. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate patient records and reports, assisting doctors during rounds and procedures, ensuring proper infection control practices, and effectively communicating with patients and their families will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care.For the position of Ward Nurse, we are looking for candidates with either ANM with a minimum of 5 years of ward experience or GNM with a minimum of 2 years of ward experience.As an ICU Nurse (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) at KIDS Hospital, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and caring for critically ill patients in the ICU. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, managing life-support equipment, collaborating with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and adhering to hospital protocols and infection control standards.To be considered for the position of ICU Nurse, we require candidates with GNM having a minimum of 4-5 years of ICU experience or B.Sc Nursing freshers or with 1 year of ICU experience.Both positions are full-time roles with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve rotational shifts. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required, and proficiency in Odia language is essential.
