This is what has driven our teams since 1833.Since that time, we have developed to become a critical partner in the global aviation industry, delivering time-critical logistics services at over 300 locations in 65 countries, across 6 continents.But at the heart of our business is our people.Role PurposeThe role is responsible to supervise & support the team to conform with service delivery standards for each airline by ensuring safe on time turnaround process and assigned aircraft handling activities are performed as per departmental SOP. Furthermore, the role requires supervising relay of information, timely documentation & control in accordance with the airlines, airport and QHSE standards.What you will be doing Responsible for assigning, scheduling and monitoring duties for all team members along with monitor staff attendance, staff allocation, break-time, shift schedules and flight disruptions. Liaise with concerned departments including ramp operations, cargo team, operations control center, resource allocators and outside agencies to ensure effective communication, timely reporting on discrepancies/ incidents & seamless operations to complete load control tasks safely and accurately. Monitor offloading/onloading process as per SOP and stamp & sign loading report confirming that aircraft is loaded according to LIRF and all loads are secured as per client airline procedures. Conduct all necessary checks related to cargo loading/offloading as per SOPs; ensure priority baggage, mail, courier and cargo is offloaded as per airline procedure Monitor & verify all flight handling reports and provide support to teams with concerned personnel for any issue resolution including emergencies/injuriesWould you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role Please see the attached job description for further information.Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
