Job Description

    As a Manager of Business Growth & Partnerships at Xcellify, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the unique ecosystem for students. Your primary focus will be to attract and onboard new partners to create an extensive network of curated service providers catering to the diverse needs of students from Primary School to Graduation.Key Responsibilities:- Drive business growth by acquiring sellers & vendors offering products & services tailored to students requirements- Develop partnerships with a variety of product & service providers focusing on students- On-board partnerships with schools, colleges, and other relevant organizations for student-related activities- Establish partnerships with intermediaries to facilitate the on-boarding of vendors, service providers, and educational institutions- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business growth- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to identify and onboard the right vendors and service providersQualifications:- Around 5 years of experience in the education & e-commerce industries and/or with the student ecosystem- Good understanding & network within the student and academic ecosystem- Experience in partnership management, business development, and marketing- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities- Driven by targets and high on motivation- An MBA from a reputable business school, while not mandatory, will be an added advantageIn addition to the role and responsibilities, Xcellify offers a performance-driven fast-track career growth in a startup environment, attractive success-based incentives, and locations available in Bhubaneswar & Delhi-NCR.
