Job Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated Plant and Machinery Executive to take charge of overseeing, managing, and optimizing the operation, maintenance, and performance of our equipment and machinery. Your main responsibilities will include supervising daily operations and maintenance, conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs and servicing, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of machinery performance and maintenance schedules. Your role will also involve proposing and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.You should have experience in purchasing, selling, repairing, and maintaining machines and plants used in road construction, with specific expertise in plants such as Hot Mix Plant, Batch Mix Plant, WMM Plant, Drum Mix Plant, and paver. The ideal candidate will hold a B.E/B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in plant and machinery operations, along with 1 year of experience in roadways, highways, or expressways.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and a day shift schedule.
