For more details visit: www.iserveu.inJob PurposeWere seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder for product management in a fintech start-up who will be responsible for the design, development, and management of comprehensive Prepaid card solutions tailored for both banking and non-banking clients. This role demands a strong grasp of the financial services sector, particularly in Prepaid card market and involves driving product innovation, ensuring superior customer experiences, and achieving strategic business goals.Responsibilities Drive product management execution on key prepaid verticals and use cases in collaboration with teams and cross-functional including engineering, design, compliance and marketing. Analyze data to identify and capitalize on under-penetrated programs and product lines, capturing untapped opportunities. Lead the design and development process for Prepaid card products, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Complete ownership of PRD, validation and product performance. Assess data and consumer insights to foster innovation by developing new prepaid offerings, product features, and enhancements. Help clients in leveraging best practices for prepaid products and use cases. Project manage and assume ownership of end-to-end strategic projects, executing and monitoring results to ensure accountability and successful implementation. Product Development & Management of INR Prepaid Cards P&L responsibility for card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets Responsible for conducting market intelligence, research, competitor analysis and design Source and device ways to attract customers digitally and thus increase issuance and enhance customer digital channel experience Work closely with banks and Fintechs to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly Digital transformation and integration with various platforms. Building system level checks, control systems and compliance framework and work seamlessly with the various teams in terms of shaping the final product with necessary inputs and approvals from the various stakeholders.RequirementsDesired Qualifications/ knowledge: Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business or Economics or computer Science). MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Experience as a Product Manager within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on Prepaid card products. Must have 2 experience in Prepaid Card Product Management experience Demonstrated success in designing and developing financial products for both banks and fintechs. Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience working in cross-functional agile teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the Fintech industry is required. The successful candidate will have demonstrable analytic, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and has the ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse (senior) stakeholders Having a knack for discovering deep customers insights, coming up with great hypotheses, and validating creatively and quickly to craft a differentiated product offering.
