Furthermore, the role is responsible for on time performace ensuring compliance as per global best practices stipulated by client airlines, ISAGO and local regulatory authorities.What you will be doing Managing ramp operations ensuring on time performance with strict adherence to all relevant statutory regulations and requirements Develop and embed a safety culture in ramp handling activities and ensure delivery of quality customer services for all client airlines. Analyze ramp handling irregularities and ensure comprehensive and appropriate resolution Plan and ensure compliance with service level agreement (SLA) for all operational areas catering to operational variations. Ensure safety & security standards and compliance for all processes to reduce the number of incidents/accidents Analyze and implement planning for GSE fleet expenses and renewals Establish and maintain excellent relationships with regulatory authority, immigration, customs, DGCA and client airlines to ensure superior customer serviceWould you like to see more detail on the accountabilities of the role Please see the attached job description for further information.Safety, Security, Wellbeing and Compliance:You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
