Job Description

    OverviewThe React Native Developer/Lead plays a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native framework. This position is integral to the companys technological advancement as it focuses on creating high-quality, innovative mobile solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, overseeing the lifecycle of mobile application development from conception to completion, ensuring that applications are user-friendly, performant, and scalable. The role requires not only technical expertise in React Native but also strong leadership and communication skills, as this individual will collaborate with various cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and back-end developers. The React Native Developer/Lead will also stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and advocate for best practices within the organization.Key Responsibilities Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Work with APIs and third-party libraries to integrate functionalities. Manage code versioning using Git and establish best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure applications meet performance, quality, and security standards. Develop and maintain documentation for code and application processes. Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance. Provide technical guidance to junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Create testing plans and ensure proper testing of applications. Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX). Gather requirements and define project scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and software releases. Contribute to a positive team culture and agile methodologies.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5 years of experience in mobile development, with extensive knowledge of React Native. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and popular libraries like Redux. Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. Solid understanding of mobile application design principles and user experience. Proficient with version control tools, particularly Git. Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Experience leading a team of developers is a plus. Familiarity with native iOS/Android development is an advantage. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
