    The job details are as follows-Company - Leading Micro-finance CompanyRole - Regional HRLocation - Bhubaneswar- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring across multiple departments, ensuring timely and efficient onboarding.- Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.- Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, ensuring prompt, confidential resolution.- Monitor turnover trends and develop effective retention strategies to improve employee engagement.- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance workforce skills and capabilities.- Work closely with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.- Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to identify and address potential fraud risks.- Investigate and manage reported fraud cases in line with company policies and legal requirements.- Generate and present reports on HR metrics, including recruitment progress and employee satisfaction, to support data-driven decision-making.Please note: The above-mentioned description is just a gist of the profile.
