Job Description

    Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to promote our products and services through on-ground marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales. This role requires travel to various locations, interaction with clients, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Stipend - NegotiableOffice Timing 09:30 am 06:30 pmKey Responsibilities:Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote products and services.Visit potential customers, retailers, and distributors to generate leads and sales.Conduct on-site promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling activities.Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with local businesses.Coordinate with the sales team to support their targets and objectives.Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and market trends.Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional items in target areas.Attend trade shows, events, and exhibitions to represent the company.Maintain brand consistency and adhere to company marketing guidelines.Requirements & Skills:Bachelors degree/Masters Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred).Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or customer engagement roles.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and travel frequently to different locations.Self-motivated, outgoing, and target-driven personality.Basic knowledge of marketing principles and sales strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if required.Benefits:Performance-based incentives.Travel allowances and fieldwork reimbursements.Career growth opportunities and professional development.Exposure to diverse marketing strategies and real-world customer interactions.The Company Will provide an Internship Certificate.,
