Job Description

    The role based in Bhubaneswar involves supporting the Business Excellence Lead in implementing, monitoring, and documenting various improvement initiatives within the BU/sub-unit. As an Engineer with 2-6 years of experience, you should have a solid understanding of Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S. Your key responsibilities will include defining the annual plan for the Business Excellence function, conducting studies to identify improvement opportunities, documenting excellence activities, planning and executing process audits, and adhering to Sterlites values while promoting continual improvement.In terms of skills, you should have expertise in SAP SD - Bokaro with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in designing and configuring SD modules, implemented S4 HANA with a focus on monitoring infrastructure for performance optimization, and have experience with Cloud technologies such as SAP with RISE. Your ability to multitask, manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously, understand accounting business processes, view business processes from a customer perspective, and collaborate effectively in a team environment will be essential.Desirable skills include knowledge of Cloud technologies and an understanding of Agile methodologies. This role is with CMS-IT and focuses on supporting STL and STL Digital.
