Drive end-to-end sales processes, from identifying prospects to negotiating and closing contracts. Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales team to optimize outreach and conversion. Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging market trends. Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives. Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.Requirements 4-5 years of experience in offshore IT sales, specifically targeting the USA market. Strong understanding of software development services, SaaS, ERP, and AI-driven solutions. Proven track record in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing high-value deals. Experience working with C-level executives, decision-makers, and procurement teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
