Job Description

    Position: Dotnet Developer(US SHIFT ) (BHUBANESWAR candidate only)Experience : 5-6 yearsKey Responsibilities:1. Architect, design, and develop complex software applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.2. Guide the team in implementing best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.3. Perform code reviews to ensure code 1quality, performance, and security.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.4. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality solutions.5. Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.7. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.8. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.9. Break down projects into manageable tasks and track progress.10. Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.11. Act as a liaison between the development team, business analysts, and other stakeholders.12. Provide regular updates on project status and challenges to senior management.13. Facilitate team meetings and brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions.14. Identify areas for process improvement and drive automation where possible.15. Ensure the team is well-trained and equipped with the necessary skills and tools.Key Skills and CompetenciesTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API. Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus. Expertise in database management using SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred. Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).Other Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.,
