Job Description

    The ideal candidate for this role should have 4-8 years of experience in a technical/team leadership position and should preferably be based in Bhubaneswar, although candidates from other locations who demonstrate strong qualifications will also be considered. You will be responsible for collaborating with project managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your role will involve translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and enforcing best practices in code quality, performance, and reusability. As a key point of contact for technical queries within the team, you will also be expected to manage technical risks and effectively communicate project status to stakeholders.You should have experience in the Full System Development Life Cycle, including Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, MLR Process, Deployment, and Support, along with knowledge in Application Design and Development. It is essential to maintain and refine production failures and escalations, as well as to have hands-on experience in website and web app development using technologies such as React Native, React.js, and JavaScript. Proficiency in ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks, along with a deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end build pipelines, is required. Additionally, hands-on experience in mobile app development for both Android and iOS platforms is a must.You will be responsible for creating data models for Data Warehouse development, working in Agile environments, and managing multiple concurrent itineraries. Directing system enhancements and projects through the SDLC life cycle using Agile methodologies will be part of your role. It is important to have a thorough understanding of business operations and project objectives, as well as to work closely with support teams for code migrations and post-production support. You should be proactive in problem-solving and capable of leading by example when developing code snippets for the team to follow.This position is Part-Time/Contractual with a minimum 6-month contract duration, extendable by 3 months based on performance. Your work schedule will involve 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with 3-4 hours of development work daily, including daily scrum calls with the team. Additionally, you will be required to provide detailed updates to stakeholders on either Saturday or Sunday. After completing 1 month, you will be eligible for all benefits of a Full-Time Employee. Immediate starters are preferred for this role.,
