• Driving process improvement projects by leveraging lean and Six Sigma tools and techniques.
• Challenging and supporting site leadership team to drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Work as a change agent and partner with site stakeholders to ensure consistent and steady progress in accordance with Business Excellence Roadmap/Strategy.
• Working with plant team and external consultants for manufacturing transformation and cost reduction initiatives like energy conservation and capacity debottlenecking etc.
• Documentation and Institutionalizing of the processes at site developed by external consultants.
• Horizontal deployments and spreading the learnings on other products/ business lines and plants.
• Build site dashboards to track, monitor, and report improvements.
• Use statistical methods and techniques to identify areas for improvement, monitor the results, and help site leadership to drive improvement initiatives.
• Provide training to site team on the use and practice implemented with the help of external consultants.
• Support in designing and preparing MIS required by Senior Management/ Corp. Offices.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good Project Management skills.
• High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Ability to influence and build relationships, motivating and inspiring others through effective communication and presentation skills.

• B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
