Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :1. Promote and sell insurance products (health, general) through bank branches.2. Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into policyholders.3. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the insurer.4. Provide regular product updates and sales pitches to enable better cross-selling.5. Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff to drive insurance business.6. Assist bank customers with product selection, documentation, and onboarding.7. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share them with stakeholders.8. Track branch-wise performance and identify areas for improvement.
