We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Managers to join our team in Dumka. The ideal candidates will leverage their expertise in dealer and distributor management, open market sales, and financial products to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in insurance, NBFC, CASA, loans, and field sales, particularly in sectors such as telecom and automobile.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services.
• Manage relationships with dealers and distributors to optimize performance and ensure product availability in the market.
• Identify and explore open market opportunities to increase customer base and generate revenue.
• Conduct field sales activities, including customer visits and presentations, to promote our financial products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services sector (insurance, NBFC, CASA, etc.).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer/distributor networks.
• Strong understanding of field sales dynamics and open market strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
