Job Description

    Job Title: Project CoordinatorLocation: ChandigarhReports To: Project HeadPosition Overview:We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage all project activities inChandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering and at least10 years of experience in the Project/Marketing industry. Strong communication skills in Englishand Hindi are essential.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:o Oversee and manage all project activities in Chandigarh, ensuring timely executionand alignment with project goals.o Collaborate with the Project Head to report progress, identify issues, andrecommend solutions.2. Stakeholder Collaboration:o Coordinate with Clients Management on policies, processes, and updates.o Interact with the Head Office and software developers to validate and ensure dataintegrity.3. Reporting && Monitoring:o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project status, milestones, andissues.o Track project performance and suggest corrective actions when necessary.4. Field Operations && Team Management:o Manage the scheduling and performance of field personnel, ensuring efficient datacollection and resource allocation.o Oversee field expense verification and general HR management of the projectteam.5. Problem-Solving && Risk Management:o Identify project risks, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions tominimize delays or disruptions.Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management or a related field. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Skills:o Strong project management and team coordination skills.o Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.Working Conditions: Full-time, based in Chandigarh.
