Job Description

Hiring for Banking Industry :Position-BO-CA & HH and HHSM / RMPA / Aspire RMExperience-Min 1 YearBudget-Upto 5.15 LPAPreferred Industry-BankingAge-Upto 30 YearsKey Responsibilities:- Acquire recent customers through CASA sales and business development activities.- Generate leads through field sales, references, market visits, and customer sourcing.- Open and onboard new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Identify customer requirements and cross-sell relevant banking and financial products.- Achieve assigned CASA acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.- Ensure proper collection and verification of KYC and account-opening documents.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer servicing.- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.- Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements. .
