Job Description

    You are a full-time Analyst - Business Development & Consulting at xtrawrkx, specializing in the automotive and manufacturing industry. This hybrid role offers flexibility for remote work and involves tasks such as analyzing business development opportunities, conducting market research, preparing presentations, financial analysis, mapping emerging EV startups, and assisting clients in component sourcing and partnerships.- Analyze business development opportunities- Conduct market research- Prepare presentations and financial analysis- Map emerging EV startups and connect them to the core team for business growth- Assist clients in component sourcing and partnerships- BE/BTech, MBA is a plus- 0-2 years of experience- Analytical skills, market research, and finance skills- Strong presentation and communication skills- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively- Experience in business development and consulting is a plus- Graduated engineers preferred- Knowledge of the automotive and manufacturing industry is a plusxtrawrkx is an advisory and consulting services company that operates in aggregation mode to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors in the automotive and manufacturing industry. Compensation: - 3-Month Training & Probation Period: Monthly compensation of 15,000.- Post-Probation Annual Package: 6 LPA, with a monthly CTC of approximately 50,000 (split as 3 fixed 3 variable components).Work Flexibility: - WFH basis with availability for in-office work when needed at locations across India, including Chandigarh, Delhi, Pune, and Bangalore.Notice Period: - During Probation: 1-month notice.- Post-Probation: 3-month notice period, with a buyback option of 2 months if necessary, provided a minimum notice of 1 month.,
