Job Description

    1. To ensure targeted sales through Marketing Trainees, Marketing Executives or Medical Representatives month after month of their assigned area.
    1. To manage the customer relations of key customers in their area of operation.
    1. To conduct and attend cycle meetings in their area of operation.
    1. To prepare monthly plan of action in consultation with their superiors.
    1. To train and develop Medical Reps. to perform better month after month.
    1. To ensure strict implementation of credit policy in their area of operation and control out-standings as per the norms.
    1. Recruitment of Medical Representatives to ensure filling up vacancies from time to time to avoid loss of sales.
    1. To manage the fieldwork of Reps. and ensure timely submission of their daily reports.
    1. To ensure the implementation of strategy by each and every member of their team in their area of operation.
    1. To collect information on the effectiveness of our strategy vis- -vis competitors and send it to HO and respective line managers.
    1. To immediately solve problems of all members of their field staff within their authority or else take them up with their line managers and HO without any loss of time.
