Job Description

    Looking for an Area sales manager with 3 years of experience in the solar industry.Role & responsibilities
    • Accountable for identifying prospective customers for solar module requirements.
    • Develop sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.
    • Ability to negotiate and successfully conclude commercial transactions resulting in order booking
    • Prompt follow-up with customers for orders, contract finalization, payments, and logistics.
    • Track development in the solar sector to generate leads and potential demand opportunities.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
    Skills Required:
    • Minimum 4 years experiencein sales.
    • Minimum 2 years experience in solar module sales and water heating solutions industry.
    • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    Salary:
    • Salary: 40k - 60k per month % Incentive on sales
