Job Description

    As an Automation Tester in the IT domain with over 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test solutions to ensure the quality and performance of applications. This role is based in Mohali, Punjab, and requires immediate local candidates to join the team.Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or other frameworks. You will create and execute test cases, test plans, and test strategies for functional and regression testing. Collaboration with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure coverage is crucial. Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and performing code reviews for automated tests are essential tasks. You will also be troubleshooting issues, analyzing test results, and reporting defects with detailed documentation. Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices is an integral part of this role.The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, or Appium. Proficiency in Java or Python for writing automation scripts is required. Experience in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI is essential. An understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices is preferred. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc., is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are necessary, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
