Job Description

    Role This role requires to lead the assigned branch by effective planning && management ofresources and ensuring achievement of agreed business targets through effective salesstrategies to help the branch lead in terms of market share and brand equity in a cost-effective manner. Branch Heads to solicit business through a team of BDMs Advisors orAgency Partners. The role also ensures effective engagement with the partners concernedand the building of relationships with them.Profile: At least 5 years of proven success in field sales in a team handing role , preferably inthe life insurance sector Experience in Agency sales and experience of building and managing a team ofadvisors is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintainstrong client relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections. In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends Proactive and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceedingsales targets
