Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives/Managers to join our team in Chandigarh and Amritsar. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management within the gems and jewellery ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
    • Generate new business opportunities through field visits and market research
    • Develop and maintain relationships with jewellers, retailers, and industry partners
    • Promote IGI certification services to potential clients
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations
    • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business relationships
    • Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
    • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in any field (B.Com / BBA preferred)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
    • Basic knowledge of sales and business development (preferred for freshers)
    • Prior experience in sales, jewellery industry, or B2B sales is an advantage
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset
