    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.
    • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and its services.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a proven ability to close deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
    • Willingness to work on-site during day shifts.
