    • Process applications, handle policy renewals, and support clients throughout the policy life cycle.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
    • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, industry regulations, and market trends.
    • Maintain accurate records using CRM or agency management systems.
