Job Description

Oversee SIM activations at retail outlets to meet targets
Drive revenue market share by expanding retail reach and product availability
Manage the productivity of channel partners and FSEs
Train and support FSEs with distributors
Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stock levels
Strengthen distribution by increasing the number of Recharge and SIM Selling Outlets
Monitor key distribution metrics, including ROI of distributors and retailers
Collect and analyze competitor strategies, policies, best practices, and initiatives, then report findings to JC and the State S&D Team
Propose initiatives to improve visibility in the territory
