Job Description

    A telecaller, also known as a telemarketer or telephone sales representative, is responsible for making phone calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales and leads. Their duties include:
      • Making calls: Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, and encouraging them to purchase or schedule appointments
      • Managing incoming calls: Handling customer concerns and issues, and resolving them
      • Building relationships: Fostering relationships with existing customers and building rapport with potential customers
    • Collecting data: Gathering data from existing customers on the impact of the companys products or services, and relaying it to the relevant departments
    • Documenting conversations: Recording important details of each conversation and reporting them to the team lead
    • Addressing objections: Using persuasive responses to address customer concerns or objections
    • Communicating: Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team
    • Interacting: Interacting with customers via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls
