Job Description

    Job Title: Clinical Manager (Female Candidates Only)Location: Chandigarh Madhya Marg Industry Preference: Banking / Retail Salary Range: Up to 8.9 LPA Experience Level: Managerial (Team Handling Experience Required)About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Manager to lead and manage our clinical operations team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in team management and leadership, preferably within the banking or retail sector, and possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
    • Manage, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies for improved efficiency and service quality.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
    • Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
    • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and operational standards.
    • Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
    Key Requirements
    • Gender: Female (mandatory)
    • Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Healthcare, Management, or related field preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of total experience with at least 2-3 years in a managerial/team-handling role.
    • Industry Background: Candidates from banking or retail sectors preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and people management skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
      • Proficient in MS Office and data management tools
      • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
