As part of the customer support team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service to our US-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the customer service industry.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Resolve customer inquiries and provide information regarding products or services. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service. Adhere to company policies and procedures during customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to senior teams when necessary. Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs.Key Skills and Requirements: Education: Graduation ( passing year 2020 - 2024) or 10th with 3 years of diploma ( passing year 2hidden_mobile) or 12th with 3 years of diploma ( passing year 2hidden_mobile) Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a neutral accent. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Flexibility: Willingness to work in night shifts as per US time zones.
